American historian and biographer

John Arthur Garraty (July 4, 1920 – December 19, 2007) was an American historian and biographer.[1] He specialized largely in Earth political and economic history.[2]

Garraty due an undergraduate degree at Borough College in 1941 and realised his doctorate at Columbia Medical centre in 1948.
